Teaches "Style Class" a mixture of contemporary, Soul, jazz and international styles of dance.
Lena Logan, the former owner and Director of Contemporary Dance Conservatory, has been in the industry for over 25 years and is widely respected for the diverse influences she brings to her training and choreography styles. A former ballerina, actress, model, and Broadway performer, she has studied at New York's prestigious Broadway Dance Center, the world renowned Edge Performing Arts Center, Millennium, all home to a who’s-who of industry choreographers, instructors, and performers. Lena performed with Oakland Ballet, Berkeley Ballet and San Francisco Ballet before dancing for Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines, Ballet Magique, and Moving Out just to name a few. She brings these eclectic influences together into her own unique Contemporary Ballet choreography, which has won her international recognition. Lena Logan's technical background is exceptional and her students have been accepted and have graduated from the most prestigious dance programs and Universities including, Joffrey Ballet, Alonzo King Lines, ABT, UCLA, NYU, San Francisco Ballet and more. Many of her students have gone on to work on Broadway, Television, Movies, and continuing successful professional careers. Lena plans to continue her mission to help shape dancers in a healthy, honest, and revolutionary way.
